Abbey Motorcycle Instructors is a Driving Standards Agency (DSA) Approved Training Body for Compulsory Basic Training (CBT) and Practical Test courses in Oxfordshire and Berkshire. We provide quality motorcycle training from CBT to Practical Test level and further training to advanced level. All our professional, friendly and patient instructors are minimum DSA qualified and advanced riders from a variety of motorcycling backgrounds.

We aim to provide our customers with a comprehensive resource on almost every aspect of motorcycles and motorcycling.

We have a large, private off road training area for Compulsory Basic Training and for practising all parts of the Module 1 Test.

For all road training we operate a maximum 2:1 pupil to instructor ratio; so you won't get dragged around in a large group and you will learn more. Autocom radios are used on all our courses to ensure constant contact between instructors and pupils.

We try to ensure that your training is both educational and enjoyable.Our emphasis is on practical ability and relevance. We ensure that you will spend the majority of your training on the road, not in the classroom. We will teach you to ride, not just to pass the test, by giving you as much experience of differing road and traffic situations. This will help build pupil’s confidence and ability, which is reflected in our high first time pass rate.
